How do I post an Inquiry?

Login to your Account or create an account.
In the “Inquiries” menu select “Create inquiry”, fill in the fields and upload necessary documents.
Click on “Submit” when finished. Done, your Inquiry is published on the website and an email is send to Suppliers who are following this category.

Can I edit or delete my Inquiry after placement?

Login to your Account.
In the “Inquiries” menu select “My inquiries”, click on “Delete” in the selected row. You are asked to type in a short message to all the Suppliers who have responded.

How to contact a Supplier who responded on my Inquiry?

Login to your Account.
In the Inquiries menu select “My inquiries”, click on the number in the “Responses” column and the responses on your inquiry are shown with date, time and the email address of the Supplier.

How do I close an Inquiry?

Did you get a response that meets? In the Inquiries menu select “My inquiries” and delete the inquiry. You are asked to type in a short message to all the Suppliers who have responded.

Why do you need my VAT Number?

With proper verification we are sure that your company is indeed a legitimate company with a valid and active VAT Number.

How can I cancel my Subscription?

Not necessary, if you allow your PAID Subscription to expire, your Subscription will be downgrade to the FREE Plan.

How can I access, update or delete my personal information?
